Hoang Anh Le (aka Anh), PhDThis might be a stupid question but is there really no way I can set up different z-stacks at multiple positions and then just image all in one go with Zen Blue @zeiss_micro? I can do that with Leica software but I could not figure out this with Zen Blue. Any idea?
Now I'm just imaging one position at a time atm but this is very tidiest. Different positions have different z-stacks but when I use the Tiles setup, the software keeps applying the same z-stack to all positions, which is very annoying, despite I've specified for each position.
