Yestarday's day kinda sidelined and I ended up writing some #LACUNAAPOSTASII #DOMAIINS #ttrpg #worldbuilding .

Mainly for the Flay-Agrosy.

Decided to instead of naming ships according to our modern ways of calling them... I'm giving ships designations based on european swords. Why? It makes the Empire seem more fasch by doing this.

So ships are now in one of the few categories with basic things shared between them.

Let's start with the new designations!

All designations are based on sizes and usage.

  • Dagger - Strike craft
  • Armingsword - Frigates (1 pylon + 1 module)
  • Longsword - Destroyers ( 2 pylons + 2 moules)
  • Zweihander - Light and Heavy Cruisers (2 pylons + 1 heavy pylon + 2 modules + 1 large module)
  • Fullblade - Battlecruisers ( 2 pylons + 2 heavy pylons + 2 modules +2 large modules)

Names for other clases and designations, specially to comply with the Threats that the Empire, will be designated by NON-european "sword toplogy".

Do note this is wrong on PURPOSE and I am not usign the Oakeshott designations for the sake of sounding "authentic".

Remember the trope: Reality is unrealistic!

Next we go to the "Non-Combat" ships (yeah right fuck that. They strap on guns to everything!).

Support craft of the Flay-Agrosy are as follows:

  • Charriot - Transports and logistics ships (1 pylon + 2 cargo bays)
  • Buckler - Dropship (infantry or armour options available)
  • Shield - Light carier ( 1 Pylon +1 module + AWACS pylon + Docking Bays)
  • Duellingshield - Heavy Carrier (1 pylon + 1 heavy pylon + AWACS pylon + 1 module + Docking bays + Large Docking Bays)
Also most of the "Non-Combat" ships field Flack Batteries on their pylons to shield them from Strike Craft, RARELY (Shield and Duellingshield mosty) they will carry standard Kintetic Batteries. This is mostly the case when they are Flay-Agrosy leaders.
