@TCatInReality @marcelias I say it's organized electoral fraud (=>RICO) & a criminal conspiracy against voters & their right to vote.

It may look like a normal "GOP"-"tradition", while it's in fact a series of habitual crimes against citizens' voting rights, also punishable under 18 U.S.C. § 241 (Conspiracy Against Rights).

And since ("GOP's") partisan gerrymandering is mostly disadvantaging people of color, it's also a violation of the Fifteenth Amendment, which states:

"Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude."
