Seattle made it easier to operate a food truck as part of the #CafeStreets regulations. Hopefully we see a flourishing of them in Seattle as a result. Nothing better to activate an parking lot of vacant lot edge.

@GordonOfSeattle happy with this as long as it also includes

  • more trash receptacles and frequent servicing of them
  • public restrooms so the edge of the parking lot doesn’t turn into a river of human waste.
