Justice Clarence Thomas said he was advised he didn’t have to disclose private jet flights and luxury vacations paid for by billionaire Harlan Crow because, although a close friend, Crow “did not have business before the court.”

marca56@rbreich it was way more than just a few airline tickets. Don't diminish the actual quid pro quo of having several @scotus justices on the other end of that bargain. The Federalists Society used money, no ethics oversight, and a clear strategy to pervert the highest court in the land. This is a BFD.

Why on Earth do We The People permit this brazenly illegitimate activist Supreme Court to continue as is...Expand The Supreme Court, implement term limits and enforce a mandated Code of Ethics that is written by We The People. Give us back our POWER. Good Grief. This is so obvious. 13 districts so 13 Supreme Court judges. Representation Matters...so 51% Women on this court.
