The Rich are like a Pinata, that holds all the candy.

You gotta get a stick , haul back and beat the fuk outta the GD thing to get any candy at all . But then you party

A rich man would not give you the sweat of his bag if you were dying of thirst.

@PBruce
It is clear who's side the gov't is on... #trudeau and his #liberal cronies are fighting tooth and nail over remote work because they know if it happens for the federal workers it sets a precedent for the rest of the economy.

Sometimes I don't know which is worse: the #CPC who happily talks of crushing workers rights, or the #Liberals who lie to our faces so to seem like they won't but then just do what corporate interests want anyways.

Fuck the #TwoHeadedHydra ! Vote Green!

@esklarski

The employer is clearly on the employer's side and doing what employers do, in negotiations.

However, the liberal party-the US has a President, this is Canada- does not siege cities, kill Volkswagen plants or oppose giving any raise to employees like Cons , who attack all workers .
I understand the current impasse is on wages and have no use for those who see only Trudeau as the root of all evil and decry cronyism with proof of none while Harper's son in on the payroll

Canada's Public Service is 2nd to none, had our backs in a pandemic , put bread and butter on tables when we were called lazy frauds and employers said Fk you come in and die or go on the poverty line while on Champagne and excess pandemic profits we dine
,
These are people who work for us.I llke value for money and do not want the cheapest GD thing money can buy .

If you think you can do better why don't you apply.

@PBruce been there, done that. 😎. Jobs are very different within the CRA and government. A union cannot state unilaterally that all jobs it covers can be done remotely. This is really a management call, albeit with strong guidelines needed. I hope this does not hold up talks.

@Anne_Canada

As you imply the union is merely asking for the terms of employment to be documented in a collective agreement & this is a negotiating starting point & not a deal breaker.

If management cannot articulate their policy that is on them, I'm very unconerned about this strike, as nothing unusual, & anticipate agreement will be reached.

If workers decide to stay out that's fine with me. Their choice
