There are faster ways than SÜWEX RE1 from Koblenz to Mannheim, even with the Deutschlandticket! 😜

Alex Hof-München is really a super one though - I can highly recommend it. Sure, it's slow, but it's a nice route and often a decent train

@jon Lübeck—Stettin, meanwhile, sounds like perfectly good torture. Especially if the Lints there have the same cramped interior as those used by DB in the Harz region.

@jon also they have missed the mon-fri 17:08 SÜWEX from Frankfurt to Mannheim.
(Although I did recommend that one in my Spiegel 9ET Interview because it takes you through all the beautiful river valleys while the sun sets)

@jon Or one might say: avoid these lines especially on Friday evenings and weekends as they tend to be totally overcrowded by Deutschlandticket holders. 🙈
