@caseyliss Honest question, Casey - I'm also a @1password user for 15+ years. As frustrating as the Electron app (and the browser extension that "kinda" works) can be, do you really think telemetry like this is bad? I want to give the team positive feedback for overall positive moves.

@sethadam1 @1password In and of itself, no, telemetry doesn't bother me. And rolling it out to your own internal users first is 👍🏻

But it seems pretty clear that this isn't a problem that needs solving: customers have been SHOUTING FROM THE ROOFTOPS explaining what is wrong. Just fucking listen.

@caseyliss I use 1P for Teams with three different orgs, and I've had lots of problems with the browser extension. I eventually had to use the "disconnect from local app" option, so I'm not gonna disagree with you there...

@sethadam1 @caseyliss the core app has been mostly fine for me, but yeah the browser extension has become absolutely garbage over the last few months.

I moved everything over to iCloud Keychain today.

@caseyliss @sethadam1 maybe they’re using a form of Radar …
