BogonI finally got around to working on a little #badgelife project that’s been rattling around in my braincase for a while. The premise is pretty simple - slap an OpenWRT module and some batteries on a board and throw a Pirate Box app on it.
Rev1 PCBs arrived last week and most things worked surprisingly well throughout #bsidessf! Some critical parts are still in Hong Kong, but there was enough for it to be functional.
I haven’t fucked anything up too hard yet either! Just a few mostly minor things. Probably. The differential and impedance controlled traces seem to be fine though, so that’s nice.
Still no idea what end-game looks like, but hopefully there’ll be a batch done by DEF CON. We’ll see ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
