Apple parental controls are surprisingly terrible. For me the main issue is setting which websites are allowed. Even if you set them up properly they will immediately revert back to the defaults.

This isn’t a case of my kids changing them later on. They literally reset themselves in front of my eyes and can’t be altered.

I once got them to be correct for a few weeks but then they decided to revert back.

@avic they are bad. The worst for me is after deciding that a child should not have access to an app you previously granted permission for. There is no way to rescind permission. The best I’ve been able to figure out is to set 1 minute time limits for those apps. So basically we’re left with no way to let a child try something out and see how it goes. Permission once is permission forever, and half the time my little 1 minute time limit workaround resets itself, like your website example.
