This is simply horrifying. Like you, we can't understand how any politicians could stoop so low as to attack the most vulnerable among us.
You are strong, and we will fight for and beside you. And though we may lose these initial battles, your love and strength will help win this in the end. I know that to be true.

Young people are NOT being groomed to be gay or transgender. Parents are not promoting this choice.
It is a very difficult situation for both parent and child as adolescents struggle with gender identity and sexuality as teens.
Please understand that “gender-affirming care” is really just “person-affirming care” that helps struggling kids through difficult times (and possibly preventing suicide in the worst case).
