So is this rechristened Enterprise-G the new flagship of the fleet?
If so, it is kind of amazing they gave the flagship to Seven and Raffi.
They both had arcs where they were initially distrusted and then proved themselves, and now they are the Captain and First Officer of the ENTERPRISE.
Awesome queer lady Starfleet officers on the Enterprise! Including a queer lady of color!
Rare to see either two women or two queer characters in the two main lead roles, let alone two queer women.
(Also, brought to mind that Janeway and Chakotay never officially got together on Voyager.
But now we have an established couple as Captain and First Officer.)
