Alternatively: I defy you to show me a statistically significant sample of the population of this country that experiences no constant or recurring pain. And then, once you've failed to find it, ask yourself why that is.
@swilua side note: I think my doctors know better than to tell me there's a normal amount of pain, because the only place I've ever heard that phrase is on Mastodon. I'm not sure whether that's a good thing.
