@TonyStark The ironic and sad part is that rescinding money for the IRS will make the problem worse, because it's the one thing that will help prevent hitting the debt ceiling: catching people earning >$400K cheating on their taxes. It makes sense, though, because those criminals are likely GOP voters.

It's sad that the "law and order" party is adamant about more punishment for poor criminals, but less enforcement for wealthy criminals.
