Hi Jody,

How are you?

On March 1, 2023, my Mom had a successful day surgery to remove a cancerous tumor. However, she got nauseated after dinner on March 2nd and was discharged from the hospital on March 10th and was transferred to physical rehab, where she was discharged on April 2nd. I stayed with her during the week.

She is walking Ok with her silver walker at home. However, we both have been sleeping a lot.

@carolinegrevelle Hi Caroline, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom's illness. It sounds like her prognosis is very positive though! Glad you are both back home. Sleep can be very healing. My cat P.B. just had a biopsy of his inner eyelid yesterday, and I'm waiting on results. Poor guy was traumatized yesterday (and so was I), but he is feeling better today with pain medication (so I am, too). Fingers crossed for a minor diagnosis.

@jodystillwrites I am doing Ok. My Mom is still sore after falling on May 2nd. Luckily, she did not hit her head or break anything.

@carolinegrevelle Hi Caroline, I'm glad to hear you're doing OK. I hope your mom will be fully recovered from the fall soon. I'm doing well, thanks, just taking it day by day with work and my kitty's health challenges. Enjoying the last reasonably cool days before summer arrives in the South...
