The legal question comes down to whether we can force someone to use their own body to sustain someone else, especially when doing so comes with a great deal of physical trauma and risk. And since we don't even allow organ harvesting from a dead body without prior consent, then the answer to that question is "no." It literally doesn't matter how the embryo got there. It has no inherent right to its host.
