That's incredible. That parrot usually just spews non-sequitur canned answers to all questions.
It must be because in this area of debate, it's so easy to be right and look good. There is a higher ground you can walk, and it has fences so you can safely stroll off script.
Why do the #Phone menu systems of #Government #Service institutions, #Banks and other entities always waste your time with talk about, oh, how you can more easily use their website???
The main reason anyone calls the phone number is because they have some problem accessing the website.
You're not gonna convince some 92-year-old great-grandma to use the website, so stop wasting her time (and mine) trying!
I also do not need to know about your hours or location.
Oh, listen carefully because your menu has recently changed? Relative to what base of reference? When: this morning, or seven years ago?
Why not just say "Menu from July 13, 2021".

Or they'll go off the grid and abandon the thing that serves them most.
Look, if you need help, the government should be your first helper. It is the duty for it to serve its people.
