After pursuing this federal US SAMHSA FOIA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Freedom of Information Act) request for 8 months, I filed an appeal for lack of response.

After I received nothing for 8 months and appealed, SAMHSA responded in 3 DAYS, dismissing the appeal to the side. They said they're working on responding to my document request and expect to reply in 3-4 weeks.

How long will I need to live to get a list of #988Lifeline backup providers? Sad governance when it comes to vulnerable, difficult to find accountability. Will keep going.
