@greysnowcat @kieran ohhhhhh sweetheart I'm so sorry to hear... They truly are horrible. Sadly I still find I get shadow pains from them even years after I got shingles myself. Especially when my anxiety kicks up. I truly do hope you get better and you don't end up with any further flare ups after the fact. *Sends big giant Plushie Turtle Hugs and love ā¤ļø*
