My new sleep schedule:
Go to bed at 5am, wake up at 7am
Go to bed at 2am, wake up at 5am
Go to bed at 5am, wake up at 7am
Repeat
I also haven't have a full 6 hours of sleep any day for the past 3 weeks, soooo.....
@aberrant68 please stay away from any machinery and don't drive your sleep pattern sounds like an accident waiting to happen
@Woonjas Yes, I've been avoiding both almost entirely. I know well the consequences of what can happen.
