Crow's claim about buying it for a museum can't be squared with Thomas's mother still living in it after the purchase, the improvements made to the home, nor with Thomas breaking the law to keep it secret.

The transaction is the first known instance of money flowing from Crow to the Supreme Court justice. The sale netted the GOP megadonor two vacant lots and the house where Thomas’ mother was living.

Besides broadcasting to the world that Clarence Thomas is a shit son. Did he put a roof on his moms house? Newp. Did he list it as a rental property w/ no income (even after he sold it)? Yep.
