@thenarwhal Yet, the Ontario Assn. of Planning Commissioners has said 80% of land to meet the Ford 1.5 million unit target is “already in the pipeline”. Instead, we have planning decisions that are made by looking out the corner office window at Queen’s Park, instead of on the ground where the impact happens.
