it seems as if every day science takes another giant leap forward

@UncleDuke1969

We live in the age of peak discovery.

@paul @UncleDuke1969

That only works where there's good air. Where I live, it's mostly nitrogen.

@UncleDuke1969 I hope they include evidence to back up these claims

@UncleDuke1969

Nonsense. Oxygen is just one of those fads, like pet rocks.

@ScottSoCal @UncleDuke1969 If oxygen is good for me, why do my vitamins contain antioxidants?

@UncleDuke1969

Is that really "evidence based treatment"?

The insurance industry points out that they have not yet seen even once CONTROLLED study. Not ONE person who was not allowed to breathe was interviewed, to provide THEIR opinion. Nor have the side-effects of breathing been sufficiently researched...

🙄 🤔 😬 🤔 🙄

@DMRDynamics
And forget about double blinding, keeping subjects from knowing which group they're in would be difficult in the extreme!

I remember reading, many yrs ago, that a ‘study had found’ that air is bad for you - if you accidentally swallow too much of it! I know swallowing isn’t the same as breathing, but can’t help wondering if that counts as a side effect? (We apparently can’t help swallowing some air.)Wish I could remember who did the study! 😯😯😯
@UncleDuke1969 @PaulDitz I’m gonna wait until there’s more data available.
@UncleDuke1969 Take a second to think about it. Don’t hold your breath.
@UncleDuke1969 as a brit i cant wait to find out which political side in america decides it wont be ruled by science and demands the other side stops making them breathe🤔
@UncleDuke1969 well yea that’s one option but you can actually go the rest of your life without breathing.
@UncleDuke1969
Uuuggghhh! I just don't have time to add one more thing to my routine.🤖
@UncleDuke1969 can't wait for the no-breather movement!
@UncleDuke1969 Thank you. That’s made me laugh for the first time today.
@UncleDuke1969
I don't know man. Breathing's like an addiction, or something. And I don't know anybody that didn't die while being addicted to breathing.
