Last year when I finally got #Starlink after 16 months of waiting, it was like I had finally reconnected with the rest of the planet. I could stream, I could VOIP, I could Zoom… It was wonderful.

Then about a month ago, all that changed. Data dropouts started becoming more frequent. Now, I can’t hold a 5 minute video chat without getting dropped two or three times.

And customer service? Dude, this is an Elon company. Like they give a f*** about supporting customers.

The ability to contact #Starlink Customer Service is so deeply buried that, after beating on the app and web site for close to an hour, I turned to the inter webs for help, and even after reading and parsing 5 articles I *still* had a tough time finding the means of submitting a trouble ticket.

I have no faith that Elon’s minions will be responsive or helpful.

If I had *any* other viable options, I’d switch in a heartbeat.
