It’s hard to believe that it has been 22 years since terrorists weaponized commercial airplanes in order to attack the Twin Towers and the Pentagon, among other targets. 9/11 changed us as a nation, and, by extension, the world.

The question is only partly about how accurate ChatGPT is in diagnosing patient illnesses. The other question is how does that compare to human accuracy. 🤨

I will be signing copies of my book "Space Rogue: How the Hackers Known as L0pht Saved the World" in the IBM booth at RSA. Come by and say hi!

Pro Tip: If you give a webinar or live stream, use the recording to help you polish your presentation skills and up your game.

Since giving my webinar "Things NOT to Do in Pentest Reports," I have probably watched and re-watched it half a dozen times. And, no, not because I like to hear myself talk.

Every time I re-watch that presentation, I see something I can do better next time I give that talk live. I see things that can be cut. I make mental notes of things to mention that I didn't. I notice where the pacing was off, whether it was too fast or too slow.

When technical training was my primary means of earning a living, I found that it took me about three times delivering a new class, lecture, or other presentation live for me to work out the kinks. I'm hoping to drop that down by using the webinar recordings to make the mental adjustments on my own, without involving others in my polishing process.

What do you do to improve your presentation skills?

The ability to contact #Starlink Customer Service is so deeply buried that, after beating on the app and web site for close to an hour, I turned to the inter webs for help, and even after reading and parsing 5 articles I *still* had a tough time finding the means of submitting a trouble ticket.

I have no faith that Elon’s minions will be responsive or helpful.

If I had *any* other viable options, I’d switch in a heartbeat.
