@ifixcoinops It's a test board by Sega that they put in cabinets back in the early 90s to conform with a new law in Japan that required arcade cabinets sold to include a game to prove it is in working order. It's the bare minimum to legally be considered a game, but It's a cute easter egg in Sega's history.
