The best part of this entire debacle is finding out that Tennessee House Speaker Cameron Sexton, who accused 3 Democrats of violating procedures, is now, himself, under investigation about not living in the district he represents, and in fact, living in Nashville, while claiming travel per diem payments. He claimed a former residence as a present address, while not even living there, and claiming daily travel expenses fraudulently.

Irony knows no bounds.

@jimgoodall So, his family lives in Nashville, he hasn’t paid the property taxes on his place in Crossville in two years, and he’s claiming per diem for the commute? Isn’t it amazing how the party of “small government,” with their tears over the “taxpayers’ money,” are also always the ones with their fingers deepest in the till? The grift and the hubris are a real stench.

You’d think those who vote Republican would get tired of getting ripped off at some point, at the very least.

And it just goes on and on and on... How on earth do these people become multi-millionaires while earning $350k at most? Nobody can tell me it's legit at all.
It's like a dance, or a challenge.
"How much did you make off that trade last week, you know, before we announced that big investment?" I'm sure it happens not infrequently.

If body language & demeanour imply anything, it's that Sexton despised the return of this young Democrat. chewing gum & admonishing supporters in a public gallery indicate his indignation. BUT, I'll be he's a "good ol' boy", if ya get my drift.

They updated the story to cover that he has admitted to not living in his district and, as an added kicker, showing that he hasn't paid his property taxes for two years on the home he was claiming to live in his district.

So a liar and a deadbeat.
