Tenure track assistant professor in Environmental Microbiology (2023-224-05209)

The Department of Chemistry and Bioscience, Faculty of Engineering and Science, Aalborg University invites applications for one or more positions as tenure track assistant professor within the fields of environmental microbiology. The positions are open from 1 September 2023, or soon thereafter. Place of the positions is in Section of Bioscience and Engineering with workplace in Aalborg, Denmark. Tenure track assistant professors are appointed for a period of six years with the prospect of performance-based promotion to a tenured position as Associate Professor. Tenure track assistant professors are expected to have international academic standing, demonstrating acclaimed competitive research, and/or have a recognized high potential for future impact.
