CONSPIRACY is NYPY: Section 105. You see that NO WHERE in the indictment.

The statement of facts is... nice. But the THINGS THEY ARE CHARGING HIM FOR... are not conspiracy.

@GottaLaff Conspiracy isn't charged, but I believe it's still one of the "other crimes" forming the basis for elevating the misdemeanor business records charges to felonies.
