Falsifying Business records is NYPL: Section 175.10 you see that all over the indictment.
CONSPIRACY is NYPY: Section 105. You see that NO WHERE in the indictment.
The statement of facts is... nice. But the THINGS THEY ARE CHARGING HIM FOR... are not conspiracy.

I imagine the courtroom reporters got confused because the statement of facts uses a lot of conspiracy-esque language here. But there is NOT a conspiracy CHARGE
