Added a whole bunch more stuff, including hyperlinked contents to hopefully make navigating what is now 64 pages of art, backgrounds & textures, maps, brushes, fonts, icons & logos, photos, software, templates, SRDs & Open Games, Repositories & Jams, and Guides, Advice & Other Resources, more easily. I also added the document as an external download in case there not being a download button was confusing
