Seems ok so far. I put a herb mayonnaise mix on the lower half to compare and contrast.
Tastes great. Not as crispy as I imagined it might be but juicy af.

Tony Chandler@tamewhale I recently went from a single drawer air dryer to a double drawer air fryer. On the current trajectory my kitchen will eventually end up looking like the lockers at a swimming pool with nothing in it but air fryer drawers.
