"The Little chief & Party have worked well & have 3 1/2 packs. The men since the beginning of the month have taken 10 Sturgeons of a large size, most of which are on hand. The Packs were made up & pressed and the Canoes gummed ready for Embarkation tomorrow. One of them was changed, being unfit to take a load.
