*I usually prefer ones that are less heavy on the Sichuan peppercorn and are more crispy than oily

@manalive I do want to try more salsa machas and salsa secas! However, I am currently on a one-in/one-out chili crisp policy. Because I need to finish the ~25 open jars of chili crisp I currently have. 😜
