Before sending a meeting invite, ask yourself:

1) Does this person know who I am?
2) Do they know what the purpose of the meeting is?
3) Do they know what the expected meeting agenda is?
4) Do they know what the outcomes of the meeting are?

If the answer is no, don't send the fucking meeting invite.
