A little confused how this will be enforced.
A pregnancy test for every girl and woman before crossing the border out of Idaho?
I mean... if you're getting an abortion, you're not showing/obviously pregnant. And it's not like you're going to declare it. There's not even any checkpoint crossing into other states.
If you get pregnant, are you a prisoner of the state until you give birth?

BTW this is really nothing new, only ramped up. Idaho has been known as the skinhead state as long as I can remember and I'm old ish. Terms change. The people don't.
