@QasimRashid What's even worse is that the conversations about guns aren't even about banning them. It's things like making sure people with varying stability issues shouldn't be allowed to own them. And even _that_ has them screaming bloody murder (no pun intended...).

@admin @QasimRashid thank you!! Followed! can’t there be some common sense about this? doesn’t have to be an all or nothing thing. Nobody is “coming for their guns” or even coming for them. I constantly see social media posts claiming these ridiculous things. Or now they’re asserting they need all these weapons to be prepared to “fight tyranny”. 🙄 the only tyranny I’m seeing/feeling is from the gun nuts.
tremendously bad faith arguments or just plain nihilists.

@DSWadeLPC @QasimRashid this is what i thought this post was about at first. literally anything they don’t like (or in tt’s case, understand) - BAN IT.

imagine if they could focus on legislating something that’s killing children at a higher rate than tiktok reprises of blackout challenges that have been around since aol chat room days.

it’s almost like child safety is secondary and nothing but a tool in the belt they use for their primary agendas (literally).

I'm a libertarian right; not a Trumper, and I don't want to ban any of those things including guns.

However, I do make the argument that certain dialogs on racism can be used in ways to promote false narratives of white guilt that aren't necessary for a free society. It is not about banning things - its just making sure tax payer money isn't used to spread alt versions of history based on oppression in schools.
