@muzikant @OhNoSheTwitnt 2A is pretty straight forward - states have a right to maintain and arm militia.

Interpretation is where conservative right have taken some creative liberties...

@hu_logic @OhNoSheTwitnt you cannot take creative liberties with anything that is actually straightforward, I’d contend.

The language is vague and that vagueness is deadly.
