@enk_dash_one @theleakypen I do live in fear of the page reloading and losing my place when reading those directly on AO3. Downloading in epub and reading that way, then going back to kudos is one way around it.
I tend to frequently read all in one go even with big fics, so less chances of getting lost for me due to that, but that's definitely not a universal tendency!
@Raene @theleakypen yeah from an accessibility standpoint, fics like that might as well not exist because I cannot read them.
...and from purely a writing standpoint, I'd assume there was a pacing problem.
