@postfilm I live in Edmonton, Alberta and we use the word "don" when we are putting on our gay apparel. My grandmother used to use the words "dassent", "addled" and "think on (it)". Aside from that, the word "middlin'" is occasionally used. Otherwise we appreciate seeing the words used in British drama or comedy shows.

@bruceplante I don't think DON should be in the list. DON is not uncommon, but DOFF is quite rare, methinks!
