This will be pretty interesting if it ends up being a real thing and not just a concept!

The Framework Laptop 16 promises the ‘holy grail’ of upgradable graphics

The new Framework Laptop 16 is “delivering on the holy grail for gamers, creators and others who need power, with modular upgradable graphics,” the company promised at GDC 2023.

@thelinuxEXP The only reason I haven't picked up a Framework laptop yet is that there's no support for Thunderbold4/USB4 as of yet.

Otherwise, I think the Framework concept is really great, but my future setup should and will be built around TB4/USB4: laptop - dock - eGPU - monitor - NAS - printer - external drives. Then hopefully I'll finally have a tidy workspace again, not like now, crammed with workstation, desktop PC and various ThinkPads and monitors...

Framework Laptops now have 4 Thunderbolt 4 ports

With official Thunderbolt 4 certification, the Framework Laptop has the most Thunderbolt ports on the market!

@Apan @thelinuxEXP Oha... This is new for me, because I have not read out so when configuring... Anyway, thank you very much for this info!
