I just want to live somewhere chill with good pizza and human rights

@donni

Murica:

Good Pizza - โœ…
Human Rights - โŒ

@donni Iโ€™d even forgo the pizza
@3wombats @donni I just came here to say that.

@donni

It's all we are saying โ€” give pizza a chance. โ˜ฎ๏ธ

@bodhidave @donni ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡นโ€‹ :)

@donni

There is a place.

@Rjdlandscapes @donni Okay but let's see the pizza.

@mrencyclopedia @donni

This is my local but I tend to make at home anyhow

Fire & Slice

Fire & Slice is a Sumner, Christchurch based wood fire pizza restaurant with options for dine in and takeaway. We use only the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients.

@donni It shouldn't be so hard to find, right?
@donni Old Town #albuquerque might fit the bill. The local pizzeria is pretty great with calzones.
@donni That's a reasonable request. I know that's an impossible combo in Arkansas.
@donni Come to the Netherlands! We have human rights and good [checks notes], um, you should really try bitterballen, it's underrated. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bitterballen

@andrew @donni

I would probably shrivel up and die without access to rice and miso. Js.

I personally fled from a red state in the US to California. It is really surprising to walk to the grocery store and not have random people yell slurs at me for being Trans. There is a shocking difference.

@donni suspect good pizza is way more easier to get...
@donni Sounds like you want to live in Italy.
@donni idk about human rights but getting good pizza is becoming harder nowadays

@johnmastodon @donni

Make it... my fave is shrimp and peas with a bechemel sauce, provolone cheese, and after it comes out, chill it and drizzle mayo. Soy sauce or red pepper flakes are optional.

@donni Portland, Oregon near a Flying Pie.
@donni
We're definitely not there yet in California - but it sometimes feels like we're the only place that's at least trying...
@donni Pizza is the easy part. Learn to make it yourself. Then you can have good pizza wherever you are. It doesn't require a fancy pizza oven. I bake pizza in my woodstove, in a sun oven, an instapot, or a regular oven.
@donni I thought you were talking about chili for a second
@donni The flower children from the 60's are still here. They bought cheap land and are now rich.
