For cities, it has been a challenging document to navigate to implement multimodal solutions. June 1, Peter Koonce of the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will share upcoming changes to the Manual, ideas for research to inform practice, and ways that cities can interpret data to make positive change in their community.
