@dickytill It looks like slow/fast AVJRT. Initiation with AH jump and VA time <70ms. Atrial activation sequence is a little ambivalent, however, I can convince myself of an early HisA EGM relative to CS Os EGM (assuming the lower blue electrodes are proximal CS electrodes)
