@[email protected] I am convinced that there is some software that automatically generates complete, somewhat legit looking math journal webpages (with archive and everything). This software is, for example, used to continue defunct gold OA journals that are already indexed by Web of Science or Google Scholar in the hope that the indexing services just pick up the "new source".
