Did a short, cranky blog post on how thin even the crickets are on the front pages of the Times and Post today.

Not a single story about Iraq - a couple of mentions of "20 years later" for American veterans, how it affected America.

But Iraq? What's that? Some sort of country? Certainly zero mea-culpas.

The Guardian saved me from wondering if my calendar was broken.
