Personally? I'm not that concerned.

Quite frankly, this is about the 25th time Trump has more or less instructed the Herrenvolk to "rise up" and ovethrow society to protect his fleshy ass. Not only has Fox News Nation more or less ignored these call to arms, but factually doing so would be precisely how they lose. I fucking assure you these mutherfuckers aren't beating the goddamn Army; Civil War 2 would be a loss for fascism right now, which is why it won't happen. Trump is fucked.

The problem here of course is that whether "fascism" was ever simply "Trumpism" or not, it's metastasized beyond the point of needing him anymore. All the little nazi billionaires already have their hooks in the system, and they're exporting this movement globally now. They don't NEED Trump anymore, so they don't NEED to respond to the DoJ stapling his ass to the wall, to continue the fascist project. The time to do this shit was 10 seconds after Jan 6th. Too late now.

But seriously, stop freaking out every time some shit tier fascist shakes a gun and threatens to launch another Civil War. They lost that one last time. They will lose that one again this time. They have perpetually been in a state of knowing that they cannot "rise up" because they will be crushed, ever since Appomattox or THEY WOULD HAVE DONE IT ALREADY because their whole fucking schtick is "this isn't over; we're going back to 1850."

Fascism is going to happen, precisely the way it has BEEN happening. On TV, in the courts, in your news, in the propaganda you consume. It will be enforced by totally "legal" means, and men wearing badges and holding official office. The nazis are not going to file out into the streets one night with guns and just bum rush the whole fucking system; they aren't that organized and this machine has killed far, far more dedicated and skilled dissidents than these fucking jackanapes.

They say this, to scare you. They threaten to rise up, to cow you into submission, precisely because they are not strong enough yet to force you to obey, or kill you. I cannot stress this enough; if dipshit Trump-humping American fascists COULD go door to door and fucking merc the lot of you - they'd be doing it. They can't. So don't waste fucking moment being afraid of THAT outcome. Very real, very bad shit is happening. Boogaloo fantasies are just that; fascist fantasies and bullshit.

@AnarchoNinaWrites More to the point, Bubba Casegut and his scruffy pals won't achieve shit with their hilariously inadequate pea-shooters. The real Civil War, like the Revolutionary War before it, was an official, organized, inter-governmental conflict, backed by government military. A second US civil war would require, at a dead minimum, more than a few formally co-aligned states, together commanding military forces comparable to those of the US military. That's not even imaginable.
