@bobwyman @bobwyman I would not be able to agree with any of this options. My party sees the ordinary people as potential allies and partners, not their regimes. International cooperation seems advisable, as much as distancing from dependency on foreign resources. We are no fans of competition beyond reasonable limits. The factuality of ongoing violent conflict is obvious. It looks like U is used to weaken R at cost of E for the questionable interest of USA.
