BoFlo is now available on the store for your scrutiny. A simple word tracing app for children! (But surprisingly enjoyable for adults)

It’s a one time purchase so you don’t have to worry about your kids spending up. Also best used on iPad with a stylus.

@JustMeDevin Are these English words only?
@glennbrosens I’m actually not sure what happens if you say non-English words, it might be based on your device local. The randomly shuffled words are all English currently. I could localise it if there is interest

@JustMeDevin Just took the plunge for science. It converts all my Dutch words to English. But in English it works super-accurate. 👍

For reference this is what the app gave me when I said the Dutch word for Banana (Banaan)… 😂

@glennbrosens that’s interesting! Appreciate you experimenting. I wonder if Apple’s transcription only supports English or maybe I need to toggle something. I’ll investigate!
@JustMeDevin @glennbrosens Also tried it in German. It tries to match the german word I said to an english word. It’s funny for me, but not usable for my son. Localization would be highly appreciated. But great app. Thanks.
@dbarchmann @glennbrosens hoping there is an easy fix for this. Will see what can be done 😊
@JustMeDevin @glennbrosens Are you using Apple’s Speech framework? I would have guessed that it depends on your device locale. Would be great if you can share your findings. Thanks
@dbarchmann @glennbrosens I am! I would have thought so too
