If you are inconvenienced by industrial action, remember to blame the bosses not the workers. If people had proper pay and working conditions there wouldn’t be a need to strike in the first place.

Exactly. You never hear about COSTCO workers threatening to strike. They get paid a living wage and have healthcare. It’s not hard!

There are examples of unions overreaching borne of union corruption, but these recent situations aren't examples of that.

(Unions that exist full-time and collect "tithes" develop a survival instinct of their own and become a recipe for that corruption.)
